I gladly recommend Neal Terpstra, General Contractor to anyone whom requires
remodeling or intends to build new for the following reasons:
1. Attention to detail
As an example, Neal caulked an area in my kitchen that I thought only I would
notice given I am a bit of a perfectionist. That told me that he treated my
house as if it were his own and NOT just another job.
2. Quality of work
It has been a little over a year now since Neal updated and fixed certain
areas within my home. They are all in perfect operation and I mean
'perfect'. Half way is not in Neal's vocabulary. He does it the right way!
3. Fairness of pricing
Given my work was to be completed within what I had budgeted, Neal kept me
abreast of his expenses and I made the priority call on what would get done
versus not.
4. Breath of ability
Amazing. From concrete work, installing a sump pump, electrical, dry wall,
floor, lighting .... there is nothing Neal can not do.
Further, Neal is a very pleasant person and treats your home with respect. I
would welcome an e-mail or phone call to discuss his work at my home with
anyone considering hiring him.
